Building a Full Coworking Booking Experience With AI Tools
Understanding the challenge
Coworking spaces live and die on how easy it is to find and book the right desk or room. OpenHub needed a demo that could show what a genuinely fast, self-serve booking experience looks like, from picking a physical spot to managing an account balance.
Designing a seamless experience
An interactive floor layout lets people select their exact space rather than guessing from a list. Booking flows for hot desks and meeting rooms show real-time status (upcoming, active, completed, cancelled), while a dashboard surfaces balance, recent activity, and quick actions in one place.
Design Solution
A clean, dashboard-driven UI keeps every core action, booking a space, tracking spend, checking a balance, within a click or two. The result is a demo that makes a physical, often clunky process (booking a desk) feel as simple as any modern SaaS product.
