Understanding the challenge
AI infrastructure is expensive to run and deploy, with current methods wasting resources at scale. Servamind needed a way to prove out a new idea: a universal data format that could compress any file, losslessly and securely, and make that value tangible to investors and early customers.
Designing a seamless experience
I designed the core interaction of the demo: upload a file, encode it into the .serva format, and see the results (size, ratio, encode time) instantly. A bit-level editor lets users flip or delete individual bits to visually prove out losslessness and noise tolerance, turning an abstract technical claim into something people could see and trust.
Design Solution
A clean, developer-facing UI with clear stats up front (original size, encoded size, compression ratio) made the technology's value immediately legible, even to a non-technical audience. The demo became the centerpiece of the company's pitch, helping secure a $5M raise.
